Landstar is proud to sponsor the University of North Florida’s (UNF) upcoming panel discussion about the evolving role of third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The discussion, one of the university’s bi-annual executive spotlight programs, will be held at UNF Nov. 8.
President and CEO of Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) Robert Voltmann will moderate the discussion entitled, “Opportunities, Technology and the Future of the 3PL Industry.” During the dialogue, expert panelists will examine third-party logistics and the evolution of 3PLs from tactical service providers to collaborative partners within the transportation industry. Among the panelists will be Landstar Transportation Logistics’ Vice President of Capacity Qualifications Sandi Edwards.
UNF’s Executive Spotlight program is free and open to the public. The Nov. 8 event begins at 6 p.m. and will be held at UNF’s Adam W. Herbert University Center, 12000 Alumni Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32224 in the Board of Trustees room (Bldg. 43 Rm. 1058).
