Landstar is recognized as one of the top 50 trucking companies by the Journal of Commerce. Landstar placed ninth on the annual top 50 trucking companies list which is prepared for the publication by SJ Consulting Group. Additionally, Landstar ranked fifth on the fastest-growing trucking companies in the top 50 list and third on the top 50’s largest truckload carriers list. The top 50 trucking companies and the largest carrier rankings are based off year-end revenue and the fastest growing trucking company ranking is determined by percent revenue increase year to year.

As stated in Landstar’s year-end earnings release:
